Grant Narrowly Misses Out on a Podium Masters
Sport Beans Wilier’s Grant Bayton was pipped to the post for a podium place in the 2008 National Masters Road Race Championships took place last Sunday. Contested over a tough, rolling course east of Winchester in Hampshire. Nine laps of 9 miles lay ahead of the riders on a day with fine weather and moderate wind. Sprint Finish To Welsh Grand Prix – Marcin Gets Sixth
Polish bike star Marcin Bialoblocki got a creditable sixth place in the Grand Prix of Wales at the weekend for the Sports Bean Wilier team. But, as Clive Richardson reports, it could have been so much higher had it not been for some amazing sprinting at the finish. (more…)
