BallanSeptember 28th 2008: this day will remain forever in the history of Italian Cycling and of Wilier Triestina. Alessandro Ballan won the World Championship on a Cento Uno and Damiano Cunego, with his Cento, got the silver medal. An astonishing result that matches the gold won by Adriano Malori on a Cento Crono in the Sub23 TT. Also, among the pro Marzio Bruseghin (Cento Uno) did a perfect job within the Italian team to help his mates.

Two gold medals and a silver one at the World Championships is the greatest reward to the work we do every day to improve the art of building bicycles.

So thank you Ballan, Cunego and Malori. From Italy and from Wilier Triestina.
